CSK Clinches 2023 IPL Trophy Against GT: A Celebration of Triumph and Resilience
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by 4 wickets in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) final on Sunday. The match was played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

With this win, CSK became the first team to win the IPL four times. They had also won the title in 2010, 2011 and 2018.
GT, who were playing in their maiden IPL final, were disappointed with the loss. However, they can take heart from the fact that they have made a strong start to their IPL journey.
The defeat was a burnol moment for Pakistani cricketers who were rejected from the IPL. The likes of Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Shaheen Afridi were all in contention for a place in the IPL but they were eventually overlooked.
